I have to point out how impressed i am that the SPEED of leaving with a car was not an all day event i dread !!! She also kept in touch enough through text to answer all my questions without pushing me into a purchase. Once the decision was made Steve in financing was super honest, super fast , and also made it clear to be only a phone call away. I have purchased or leased over 25 vehicles (Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Acura, Honda, Toyota etc.) and can honestly say that I have never had a worse experience than I did at Pembroke Lexus. I recently purc Mercedes, Acura, Honda, Toyota etc.) and can honestly say that I have never had a worse experience than I did at Pembroke Lexus. I recently purchased a 2023 Acura RDX from Pembroke Acura in January and it was one of the best experiences to date. I chose to deal with Pembroke Lexus because they have the same owner and I assumed they would have the same level of customer service and ethics as Pembroke Acura. This was not the case. After 30 days and countless deceptive tactics I did lease the IS350 from Pembroke Lexus only because they had the color / trim package I wanted. If other local dealers had the same IS350, I would have paid more to not deal with Pembroke Lexus. In the end it was fate that my monthly lease payment was $666 a month because it was truly xxxx dealing with Pembroke Lexus More
