I spoke with Sophia over the phone but mainly worked with Alon who was wonderful he listened to my issues & took care of everything! He even treated my children & I to lunch! Andes the finance manager was al Alon who was wonderful he listened to my issues & took care of everything! He even treated my children & I to lunch! Andes the finance manager was also amazing! However I didn't appreciate the wait to sign paperwork especially considering we already had the deal agreement arranged over phone since I came 4 hrs away. Nevertheless he took care & finalized all issues! Love the customer service at Lexus definitely a smooth experience! I will say once a customer is in contact with a sales person that should be only contact. I had 5 different people call at 1st super annoying More
