Service Adviser was a little arrogant when I was explaining how we were coordinating the appointment for ceramic coating. I called and left a message about it to make arrangements to have it corrected and it's been a month with no callback. Lack of communication, lack of empathy, never got a call back after I called and left messages for 6 hours. Called and asked to speak to the service manager, said they were short staffed and apologized and back after I called and left messages for 6 hours. Called and asked to speak to the service manager, said they were short staffed and apologized and someone would call me right away. No one ever did so I showed up and found my advisor watching Rosalia music videos on YouTube on his work computer. Asked my name and said yeah it’s been ready. Never walked me through what was done with the car. Came home to find a nail in the tire they replaced (after I had to get it towed in the night before because of debrief on the expressway). Horrible customer service, neglected following up, and the only person who was friendly was the cashier. More
