There should be an option to give less than 1 star. Service dept hold my car over a week for sunroof trial, i was desperate as o loaner could be offered. Jeffry Hernandez, Hector Ronald(on sales), Jos Service dept hold my car over a week for sunroof trial, i was desperate as o loaner could be offered. Jeffry Hernandez, Hector Ronald(on sales), Jose customer service Manager got involved. No one cooperated. Service person (Hernandez) got sick. No answers! What it worst. Wanted to change interior. The only thing needed was a clean on sunroof gasket. Total abuse will not write correct words to avoid legal exposure. Shameful an disappointed of what i thought was a premium brand! Just cleaning, 5 minutes Vs a $5,000 to $8,000 verbal repair that wanted my insuramce to cover. Just cleaning of a gasket! And drain. More

Shut up for an oil change and a tire rotation at 7:30 AM. What’s the third person in line and water 4hrs. After the four hours they came back and notify me they couldn’t rotate my tires because of the wheel What’s the third person in line and water 4hrs. After the four hours they came back and notify me they couldn’t rotate my tires because of the wheel locks. My vehicle does not have wheel locks on it. It is a common Toyota/Lexus 17 mm socket. Then they told me my tires didn’t need to be rotated because they were new. I had about 10,000 miles on them and they were well do for a rotation. So they took it back in and then I waited 2 more hours to simply rotate the tires from front to back the most basic of maintenance procedures. Also, ask them to look at a noise coming from one of my Police, which they said they didn’t hear a noise at all. When they came back, they said it was my idler a pulley and will be just short $800. I took it to my longtime local mechanic, and it ended up being the tensioner pulley. I went ahead and replace the belt, tensioner pulley and the idler pulley (for preventative maintenance) All the above ended up costing me $500. Noise gone, problem resolved! I’m glad I’m not someone who isn’t knowledgeable about cars. I would end up having on rotated tires and replaced a extremely expensive pulley and wouldn’t of fixed my noise issue or could’ve cost $800 + what they would’ve charged for the other pulley. That is if they noticed if the noise they didn’t hear went away. More
