My car has been in service for the same occurrence 2 times for a period of more than 3 weeks consecutive. The transmission blew as per the mechanic, on a brand-new car. And the second time it was a cabl times for a period of more than 3 weeks consecutive. The transmission blew as per the mechanic, on a brand-new car. And the second time it was a cable within the transmission. This morning it gave me problems again. I went to the dealer to try to exchange the car that only has 4,800 miles, and they wanted to exchange the car for a lesser car value and an increase in monthly payments. I already have a case open with a government agency and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone else. I will tell them that I am a woman and a senior citizen and was stranded twice on the road with a brand-new car. I am a postal service employee, and I left my job 2 hours early to try to resolve this matter and I was promised that they will help me, everything was a lie. I was told that the dealer is not responsible for a defective car and that I had to take it up with the manufacturer. Mr. Rohan Alexander, was involved in this meeting and Gonzo Bussa as well. I am extremely disappointed, and I will not recommend this dealership to any of my coworkers. John from service did a great job in communicating with me the status of the repairs.
