Service at Lexus of Pembroke Pines has drastically declined in the Past years. I am on my 4th Lexus and service is not what it used to be from the Service Advisor, to the Loaners to even how they don’ declined in the Past years. I am on my 4th Lexus and service is not what it used to be from the Service Advisor, to the Loaners to even how they don’t even try to clean the car after service like they used to. Loved that the Lexus dealer was close to my house when I needed service and loved how I used to be treated when I got my first Lexus, but how it is now I will Definitely think twice before getting another Lexus in the future once I have to turn this one in. Have had multiple bad experiences and it’s definitely not worth the hassle or the money we are paying. Last loaner I got wasn’t clean and had a roach in the Back seat air vent which is disgusting. Shows how much they clean or disinfect the cars before giving them to customers. My car wasn’t cleaned properly after service. Last time I tried to have a Detailing they didn’t even try and it was worse than a $10 gas station cleaning and they were charging $100+. Super super bad! If it wasn’t because my lease includes the service I would definitely not come back. More

Unfortunately, the service was not up to our expectations. The timelines as presented were not met. It took three days to change two tires. The text communication system failed because they had expectations. The timelines as presented were not met. It took three days to change two tires. The text communication system failed because they had to wait nearly 12 hours to respond to a text and the advisor did not have an extension or phone number. To be able to complete the service, I had to speak with the manager twice. Regrettably, I will not return to this Lexus. I enjoy the cars but dislike the service. More
