I was asked to drop the car off at 7:45. I came 15 min. early yet still waited nearly 45 min. before I was assisted by the service person. Then I was told I would have a loaner vehicle, yet I came 15 min. early yet still waited nearly 45 min. before I was assisted by the service person. I did finally get a vehicle, but it took my advisor calling in a manager to do so. Another 15 min. process. When I picked up the vehicle, it took about 10 min. for them to bring my vehicle out to me. Acceptable, but I was already unhappy from the morning, so it was still frustrating. More
