I liked my experience with this dealership and I really like my car. However, I was very disappointed that I needed a $500 water pump and a $100 tire sensor after I purchased the car. This people are unprofessional and their sales people are liars. I was looking at a Toyota Tacoma online and I had made an appointment to go see the car. the sales man By the Name of Marvens, and the super liars. I was looking at a Toyota Tacoma online and I had made an appointment to go see the car. the sales man By the Name of Marvens, and the supervisor Carlos send me numerous text about my appointment with them on the day in question. Even Carlos Castillo, call me personally to make sure i was going to make it on that day. I drove all the way from Boca Raton waisted gas and put miles on my car to go see this vehicle. upon my arrival Mr Marvens which was communicating with me, and sending me text messages never show up, Mr carlos Castillo was MIA, and after waiting for like 20 minutes in the waiting area, a girl show up to show me the car. she told me that Marvens was off that day and that she was going to take care of me. Lie #1 then she came back a few minutes later and told me that the car had been sold that morning , and that she would be very happy to show me anything else in the lot. I told her flat out NO. I understand is first come first serve, and that a dealer is there to make money. But if you knew that the car had been purchase by someone else before my appointment why not call me and tell me. I would have then made a decision to go see the other car or not. instead they made be believe everything was good all they long, made me drive from far away, and lie, in the process. Honesty goes a long way, and this people showed me their true colors. if they cannot be honest about an appointment to go see a car imagine the lies, and the crap, they are going to make up when doing a negotiation of a car purchase. You all just lost a potential customer that went there to make a Cash offer. Stay away People. More
