Since the moment you walk in, you find rude employees with a tremendous lack of politeness toward costumers. They have no knowledge of the work they are getting pay for. In April of 2022 I visited the dealer to payoff my car and a sales person named Mikhail Khalev tried in several occasions to persuade me in financing my payoff. I was very clear that I was paying it cash and that we did not want to finance the vehicle. When I was transferred to the Micky Mehta the finance manager, he showed us a credit application form that Mikhail had me sign while my husband had been reviewing the payoff amount. My husband then asked upset, "You ran my wife's credit and did an application without consent, with no discussion of credit or rates or payments to which this sales person clearly is pulling a fraud?" and asked for the manager. The manager Gorge Garcell, then came back and in the middle of the argument, he kept siding with Mikhail because of the signed form. It is very clear that this was a misrepresentation and attempt by the sales associates to defraud and trick client and looked like was something common for them to do. I took the time to write this long review to make people aware of the danger of purchasing a car at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. You will have many headaches and if you suffer from high blood pressure?
