I honestly do not like writing reviews but I took my time now to write this review because I never in my wildest dream would have thought I was going to walk into a Lexus dealer and leave with the car I have now to write this review because I never in my wildest dream would have thought I was going to walk into a Lexus dealer and leave with the car I have always wished for! I was at the gas station across from the Lexus dealer, there is where I met Marlon, and I said to him “How I wish I had a Lexus” he quickly responded, “If you can wish it you can have it” he invited me to just see my options and sure enough as he said he made it happen! During the transition, Marlon was polite and thorough with all my questions. I still can’t believe I actually have my 2022 Lexus ES-350! Thanks Marlon! His customer service was superb! I will surely send my friends and family to this dealer! More
