I had hart time leasing a car, I had to walk out 3 times out of the dealership, went home without a car. they call me back and told me they will accept my terms, Went back to the dealership after 2 hours, out of the dealership, went home without a car. they call me back and told me they will accept my terms, Went back to the dealership after 2 hours, when I got there, they said that the car is sold. of course, it was a lie... anyway, I end up leasing a car after 2 trips from dearly beach and hours of my time and BIG deposit and high payments... This location is my favorite. They are so professional and welcoming. I’ve had terrible experiences at the Kendall and North Miami locations, but I’ve been coming to Pembroke Pines location for 7 years an and welcoming. I’ve had terrible experiences at the Kendall and North Miami locations, but I’ve been coming to Pembroke Pines location for 7 years and I’m always satisfied. My car wouldn’t start on a Sunday morning, and the dealership changed the battery, reset the sensors, and serviced the vehicle all in one hour!!! The service is exceptional! More
