Did not fix specific problem we both (husband & wife) related to them many times in phone calls and in person. Assured by Lexus many times the problem was solved…..it was NOT!! I recently contacted Lexus of Sacramento about a truck they have for sale and worked with Bryon Burdette. Bryon responded quickly and was extremely helpful throughout the process.
