When I buy a luxury car, I expect there to be exemplary service. I was met with no respect as a customer at all. Many employees walked by and not one of them asked me if I had been helped. BEWARE! This Lexus dealership does not care about their customers! I called them before heading out on my 100 mile drive to them to view a vehicle. They told This Lexus dealership does not care about their customers! I called them before heading out on my 100 mile drive to them to view a vehicle. They told me they were pulling the vehicle out in order for me to see it. Once I arrived in Sacramento they texted me and said the car was sold. They absolutely have no morals and only care about the dollar not the customer! They knew the car was in the process of being sold but they didn't want to tell me while I was driving in case the sale did not go through, this way they had me as a backup. I would avoid this dealership because they cannot be trusted! More
