This is my third car at Lexus of Sacramento. Purchased a hybrid SUV. The car interior is beautiful more than expected but it did not function as the look. Car purchasing was a need, not a want. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience this time. What is the story? Deposit and waited for 2 months for brand new car. The car cost was MSRP with $5K marked up. On top of that dealer installed security and Permaplate add on $2.2K not by customer's choice. The add on was not stated in estimate cost. Drove home and car broke down. Mileage is at 31 miles. Car was towed back to dealer service next day and was told that it takes about a month for the part. Will the car be fixed? I pray everyday it will be fixed. Brand new car was out of manufacturer. Drove out of dealer's parking lot and broke down at home. Why Lexus brand? My previous 2 cars were from Lexus. Both lasted well over time. So, I came for my third. Sale man was very responsive but was super busy when I visited. Kept telling me having appointment with other customers at the same time. Should I be loyal or come to Lexus on my next car? My family member quit the idea of visiting Lexus on next car. We all have doubts what Lexus quality is nowadays. Price is outrageous but the quality is very unreliable. More

Even though I was late for my appointment, they took care of my car. Brandon stayed on top of it and even tracked down my car when he thought it was slow in coming out of the car wash.
