Poor customer service, the worse Lexus service center I’ve been to. The service manager (I believe her name is Leslie) doesn’t care about customer service. It’s important to be compassionate and show emp I’ve been to. The service manager (I believe her name is Leslie) doesn’t care about customer service. It’s important to be compassionate and show empathy, even if you can’t give a customer what he/she wants. She didn’t even make me feel heard. It seems like she just reads off of a script when she’s faced with difficult customers. If I could go to a different location I would but unfortunately this is the closest Lexus. More
