My second service experience was awesome. Eric took care of me and addressed my every need and concern. Unfortunately I needed a tire replacement and he made sure to update me immediately also when he miss of me and addressed my every need and concern. Unfortunately I needed a tire replacement and he made sure to update me immediately also when he missed my call call he checked to see if I was still there and ran out to see what I needed. I want to shine a light on the young lady who was doing valet that day! She was awesome she saw I needed help getting the RX loaner out the space and moved it for me. She also showed me that she takes extra care when handling Custer vehicles while in her he service department. Kudos to you young lady! More

I called as my car was having starter/battery issues. The quickest I could get in was a week later. I advised the person scheduling that my car would likely not last a week which it did not. I had to wait 2.5 hours for a tow and repaired my car elsewhere. Very disappointed, and this is an understatement, as I’ve always had my car serviced at Lexus. I feel very let down! More
