I wasted a trip to this location for no reason. I wasn’t even offered a loaner vehicle even though I bought the car from this location. I literally had bought my preowned vehicle 2 weeks ago and it started even offered a loaner vehicle even though I bought the car from this location. I literally had bought my preowned vehicle 2 weeks ago and it started having electrical issues. I had asked the sales rep to contact me in regards to the warranty, but no contact whatsoever. I have been ill lately, and my son took the car in for service, I notified the representative from Lexus to let Christina know that my son would be taking in the car. The maintenance alert is still on, th service, I notified the representative from Lexus to let Christina know that my son would be taking in the car.
