I called to see what it would cost to find out a estimate to fix my daughters 2007 Sc430 as the top was not working...the service adviser said yes not problem only $185 to do a full diagnostic to tell me wha to fix my daughters 2007 Sc430 as the top was not working...the service adviser said yes not problem only $185 to do a full diagnostic to tell me what it would cost because its a 14 year old car I am selling now it didn't make sense to spent thousands of dollars on the car. So I drove almost 1 1/2 hours from where I live in Napa to bring it to you as I had work done there before. I dropped the car and she called me a couple of days later to tell me I could come get it...so another 1 1/2 hours later I arrive and ask what does the diagnostic show it needs....she aid the mechanic told her it could be one of 3 different motors that run the top...or maybe its the ECU has a program malfunction and it also could be a short in one of the wires going to the Motors or ECU...so I asked which one of them was it...she said he couldn't find out without changing the motors and then if that didn't work then is that didn't work the ECU and then if that didn't work check for shorts...I then asked why did I bother to drive 1 1/12 hours each way twice for a total of 6 hours and spend $185 to find out absolutely nothing plus $50 in gas!! She said she was sorry but thats all the technician could tell her. Then when I got home I found my complete owners manuals were missing from the glove box...so i called her and asked her to talk to the technician to see where they were...she then told me he had no idea about them as he didn't see them around his work station. Those have never left the glove box ever!! So the only thing that could have happened is he took them out to get behind or under the glove box and misplaced them. I am going to leave the worse reviews on every place that rates your company. You should be ashamed of yourselves to mislead people that you can do something that you do not in fact do which is to estimate a repair job! More
