Lexus of Sacramento

I brought my ES350 in to have an alarm installed. I also expressed concern about a squeaky belt sound under the hood. It was diagnosed and I was told it needs a new alternator and all new belts for a cost expressed concern about a squeaky belt sound under the hood. Well after VERY little discussion they agreed to cover the total cost and gave me a nice loaner car. My husband and I had our 2015 Lexus RX 350 serviced at Lexus of Sacramento yesterday, April 13, 2021. When we were done and left the area to drive the 3 hours home to Redding, we did not know that we had Lexus of Sacramento yesterday, April 13, 2021. When we were done and left the area to drive the 3 hours home to Redding, we did not know that we had left my key fob at the dealership as my husband was driving and used his key.
