Eric was great. However when I went back to the dealer a week later to get more info on the features of the car, I was told to see Eric. Eric was off that Day. During the deal, I was promised all season mats and a all season cargo mat. After the purchase I was only given car mats and when I asked I was told I have to purchase it. The purchasing process was very smooth. The car itself had very dirty windows inside and out. The Enform system showed the car had been driven aggressively by an employee of the company that applied t had very dirty windows inside and out.
