I’ve had several Lexus automobiles for over 25 years. The best! The dealership does not reflect the class this car deserves. The waiting room is awful. One is unable to escape the loud television station that is always on. I observed that not one single person was watching it; some trying to read through the noise; most using their phones. There is no option for those who wait for their cars; unless you go outdoors and sit on a bench at the driveway. My visit yesterday was estimated to be two hours; it ended up three and a half!!!! No updating. Unfortunately, my service consultant left before I could ask a question I had. More
