This is the fourth vehicle we’ve purchased from Lexus of Sacramento, and our fifth Lexus overall. The experience was awesome—again! The car was actually delivered by Kent Owens to our home. In the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, there were extreme CDC safety precautions taken by Kent and the dealership to minimize exposure/risk. We completed the transaction flawlessly, quickly, and with relative ease followed by a hands-on knowledge session of the car’s features/amenities. We’ve been purchasing Lexus from this dealership for >17 years. Three of our experiences have been with Kent (he’s awesome). Equally deserving of accolades is Christian Simon (General Manager).
