From start to finish almost everything was perfect. I knew I was going to do a lease so I went in with eyes wide open. The test drive with Kathy was perfect. The finance part was the only part that I felt like I was just added on to his pile of work and had to get it done. He wasn't the only finance guy I have dealt with like this...maybe its just the way for the finance part or it was an off day for him, I have those myself at work. Samantha was very sweet, patient, and knew her job well! Overall the experience was great! And I would recommend to anyone. More
