V was my service advisor, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. What I appreciate most is the level of trust and safety I feel every time I visit. As a woman, it can sometimes be intimidating to handle car service alone, but at this dealership I always feel completely comfortable. V took the time to explain the entire service in detail and answered every question I had until I felt confident and clear about the work being done. I have been a Lexus customer for 12 years and have not have any problems until i reached 120K. service. Thereafter, they flag everything that could be wrong w/ your car to upsell their services. They foll have any problems until i reached 120K. service. Thereafter, they flag everything that could be wrong w/ your car to upsell their services. They follow up with a report and video to inform you that your car is in danger even though a lot of the identified items are not substantiated. I basically paid over $2K for a spark plug change and visual/preventative inspection, which seems pretty costly! This cost does.not include the oil change and tire rotation that I already had done. I will now seek an independent service provider that came highly recommended to determine if my car really needs a new radiator vs. a cap gasket, shock absorbers (even though my car is not bouncing around), etc. Wished I had done this before, but I trusted Lexus so I didn’t think about it. This business model needs to change to gain the customer’s trust and long-term loyalty. On the other hand, Lexus did an excellent job on my car detail although, they missed the passenger side handle section, interior ceiling, and trunk shade. More
