I have been looking for this vehicle for a long time and once they found exactly what I wanted I had it in my garage the NEXT DAY! And that was with adding the auto start after purchase. Over-the-top customer service! I just leased my second IS300 with help from Jamie Shapiro. He listened to and understood my concerns and worked with his team to ensure that I would I just leased my second IS300 with help from Jamie Shapiro. Then Danny Hoang showed me all of the new features in my car and made sure that I understood how to use all that I consider to be the most important to me. He also explained that I could come into the Admin department at any time if I needed help with any of the features. Becky Stenson made the lease paperwork a breeze, She explained everything so it was very easy to understand. I want to mention Eric Baumann as well. Even tho he didn't work with me on this lease, he worked with me on my previous IS300 lease. His explanations of the features of the car is what helped make my decision to lease another IS300 very easy! I will continue to use Lexus of Wayzata because their customer service is top notch! I have referred friends to the dealership and their experience has been exactly the same as mine. I will continue to refer anyone and will strongly suggest they work with Jamie, Danny & Becky! More

I was in the market for a very specific used luxury vehicle that led me on a nationwide search. I contacted Lexus of Wayzata, living in North Carolina, because they had the one vehicle that checked all of my requirements in almost the entire country (a 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo, with specific featured options and equipment). I was put in touch with Dana, who got lots of preliminary information to me that one would seek, especially with a high performance luxury vehicle like this one. He and the dealership had gone out of their way to assure that the vehicle was in proper condition to sell, including paying the local Porsche dealership for a service (not cheap on these cars) and a pre-purchase inspection. I trusted them enough to go through with the purchase remotely so that i didn't have to spend ~$1000 to go see the car I knew I wanted anyway. I bought the car (at a fantastic price), they assisted me with arrangements for shipping, and it was delivered the same week that the purchase was completed. I have had it a few weeks now (loving every second behind the wheel or staring at it), and have brought it to my local Porsche dealership to ensure that everything looks good on it (which it does). I may not every have the chance to do business with them again, but I would not hesitate to do so again if I could, and I would highly recommend. All of this sounds cliche and corny, but it's 100% true. More
