James is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My only suggestion, I asked for the interior windows to be cleaned. Also, I had a loaner (which I appreciate very much) and was charged $7.49 - I assume that was for gas. However, since I only drove 13 miles I didn’t think I used much gas. Perhaps the vehicle was not at full tank when I received it? However, the loaner is a great help and if the charge was for the use of the vehicle then so be it. More
