I purchased a 2026 Lexus NX350h in April from Lexus of Wilmington. I worked with Troy Mayer who was very diligent in helping me choose the correct version to suit my needs and desires. He was patient as I needed to test drive a few different models and actually ended up with a different model than I thought I wanted but it is the perfect one for me. I couldn’t be happier. Troy demonstrated all the features including teaching me to use the auto park feature. He has reached out to me several times over the past two months to see if I had any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed. I would definitely recommend him as a salesperson and he will also entertain you with some very fun card tricks while waiting for paperwork etc. Thanks, Troy! More

From our first conversation, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on what I needed rather than pushing whatever was on the lot. Marty took the time to walk me through the different RX options and explain the features in plain terms without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. The entire process was transparent and straightforward, and he kept me updated at each step so there were no surprises when it came time to sign. Overall, this was the most stress‑free car‑buying experience I’ve had. Utterly disappointed and displeased. You guys sold me a 2023 car at a 2024 price. I was a victim of a car theft which brought me to Lexus from the start and I honestly feel I have been v You guys sold me a 2023 car at a 2024 price. I was a victim of a car theft which brought me to Lexus from the start and I honestly feel I have been victimized all over again. I found the original invoice in the car and immediately came in to discuss how my sale price was only $6,000 under the original sticker price 3 years later. Andrew tried to convenience me it was reasonable. He said how my cost was justified by the resell value of Lexus. He said they retains their value knowing that car is currently only valued in the low 30k range. To validate my position, I found several 2024 cars with similar mileage for the same price I paid for this 2023. So tell me how am I supposed to be satisfied with this dealership?😔 More
