Very easy process I went there to see a pre-owned Encore. I worked with Nathan and told him straight from the start I wanted this to be for ext and quick. Not only was he very kind and helpful, he made things happen quickly and I was out of there in my new car within 90 min. Mike in finance was just as great and ended up hooking me up with a great warranty on top of a great deal on the vehicle.
