I walked into Liberty Subaru in Emerson New Jersey with the intention of test driving a Forester. I was quickly introduced to Dan Rovelli as my Sales Rep. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and fri the intention of test driving a Forester. I was quickly introduced to Dan Rovelli as my Sales Rep. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly from the very start. We discussed exactly what my options were and he took me for a test drive on one of the Foresters that was on their lot. After getting back from the test drive Dan gave me a price for the Forester and I was pleased that the price was in the range that I was looking for. Dan then reviewed my options for the color of the Forester and exactly what I was looking for in regards to add-ons. Once we agreed upon everything, Dan placed the order for me. Dan was very honest and upfront immediately with me and told me that there was a large demand for Foresters and that might take up to 3 months to get mine delivered. I had absolutely no problem with this as I understand there are production problems currently in the automobile in industry. I was very happy when Dan shot me an email after about a month and told me that my Forester would be delivered within the next 3 or 4 days. Dan did a great job communicating with me from the beginning until the end. Dan was there the day that I picked up my car and reviewed everything for me. I would highly recommend asking for Dan Rovelli if you walk into Liberty Subaru looking for a new vehicle. I've been driving my Forester for a couple of weeks now and I love the way that it runs and drives. I would also highly recommend the Subaru Forester. More
