I was casually looking for a new car for a few months and reached out to Liberty about my options regarding a trade-in. Joey DiMiglio responded promptly, professionally, and without pressure. I continued my research (wasn't sure if I wanted to stick with Chevy, or keep my 2017 and wait for 2022 or beyond models) until I decided to treat myself. He was able to see me shortly after I reached out again. He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions. My trade-in price was as expected and he didn't try to up-sell though I did opt for an extended warranty since it's a great value. I came back later in the week to pick up my vehicle and worked with Tom Portee for the financing. Tom and Joey had all of my paperwork prepared and went over all of the details clearly and efficiently. All in all, I was probably in the dealership for about an hour each visit. I'm so extremely happy with my vehicle and feel like they treated me with respect, fairness, and transparency.
