Gone are the days of spending all day at the dealership. I think I spent more time there chatting with everyone about random topics than the car buying process took. Great overall experience with this dealership I shopped around at other car dealerships before ending up at Liberty Subaru. Up to this point, I was displeased with most of the pushy salesmen I encountered that tried to sell me cars beyond my needs and price limit. What a difference at this dealership! I met Chris Armentano and he exceeded my customer service expectations. He was professional, courteous & patient and left a positive impression on me that I decided to take my business to Liberty (I had started talks with another Subaru dealership and although they too were professional & friendly, they were trying to offer me a vehicle with more luxuries than I wanted and pricier). No sleazy car dealers here! Chris heard my needs and delivered. He didn't try to pressure me to go with more than I desired and I appreciated that. There was also never any pressure to close a deal. More importantly, I felt like he was really listening...and that was key. His superb knowledge of Subaru sold me and helped me feel confident that I was getting one of the best cars on the market. I would highly recommend Chris and the entire Liberty Subaru dealership and look forward to returning for another purchase in the future. More
