Straightforward and Positive Was looking for a Subaru Forester Touring in red or blue. Went to the other dealer who would have been much closer to our house, but was most disappointed with the experience. It was Labor Day, didn't really want to miss a day of work, saw that Liberty had one so we fired off an email/text to the dealership who responded quickly that it was still available. Drove the distance and was pleased with Liberty from the moment we approached the dealership. Good signage, nice reception, and immediately directed to John Clarke. John asked some basic questions, and upon finding out we hadn't had the opportunity to test drive yet, immediately took us out. Needless to say, we loved the vehicle, and John did a thorough job explaining all the safety features which were the primary reason we were pursuing the Touring edition. Smoothly got past the $'s and extended warranty and we closed the deal (with a test drive) in less than 90 minutes! Picked the vehicle up this past Friday and again John ensured the car was setup and programmed for my wife and I and the paperwork was efficiently done. In and out in less than 60 minutes and THOROUGHLY satisfied and pleased! More
