I thought I wasn't ready to buy a car. I had been holding on to my 14 year told car with everything I had. Even through multiple road break downs , having no AC and only 2/4 windows working. But it finally died on me and I was forced to go car shopping and really dreading that "car salesman" nightmare. I had done my research and generally knew I wanted to get a Subaru. I went to one dealership and it was all I dreaded. So much pressure trying to push a car I wasn't sure I wanted. Then a close family friend recommended Liberty Subaru and Tom Quinn. And what a difference! So much of a difference that I ended up signing a lease contract that same day. Tom was nice, knowledgeable and I felt no pressure at all. When I was trying to choose between buying and leasing I found Tom very honest and upfront. And I was able to make the best choice for me. He was able to answer all my questions and find me the exact car I wanted. From doing all the paper work to picking up the car the experience was seamless and pain free. Always answered my calls when I had questions. When I came in to pick up the car Tom took the time to show me every new gadget I now had. Dave who went though all my paper work was very efficient and it all seemed so easy! So far very happy with my car and I would definitely recommend them to any one who asks! More

Eventually, in 2008, I gathered enough resource to purchase a brand new car, a 2008 Outback from Liberty Subaru. The first week I owned it I drove to a summer course on the writing of Eudora Welty in Jackson, Mississippi. The drive there took three days. To drive that distance in a brand new Outback was one of the most exciting moments in my life. The Outback put in 11 years of reliable service. Just last week I decided to buy another new car. After reviewing all the vehicles in my price range I decided once again to buy an Outback from Liberty Subaru. I can't say enough in praise for the help of the sales representative at Liberty Subaru, John Clarke. He guided me through the model selection and the purchase process, offering his knowledge and goodwill for which I am grateful. Buying a new car can be stressful. There is a lot of factors to consider in trying to make the best choice. In buying a new Outback I feel I made the best of choices. Having driven the car for a week I can say that all indications are that this was the wisest of purchases. I am grateful to John Clarke, Dan Cohen, and Rob Bontemps, and all the Liberty Subaru representatives who helped put me in the driver seat. I only bought two brand new cars in my life, both from Liberty Subaru, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good and reliable car and wonderful service. More
