A good experience with purchasing the new Subaru Ascent My son-in-law and I each purchased the new Subaru Ascent at Liberty Subaru. It's one of the few vehicles that can accommodate at least 3 child car sea My son-in-law and I each purchased the new Subaru Ascent at Liberty Subaru. It's one of the few vehicles that can accommodate at least 3 child car seats. Naturally, we initially went to the dealer on the defensive, as most car buying experiences involves overly friendly, high pressure sales people. We didn't get that here. Our sales person, Jeff Wangerin was professional, personable and low keyed. We felt comfortable dealing with him and that night we each purchased the same car (different colors). The cars had to be ordered but Jeff kept us informed as to updates on the delivery. Luckily the cars came in before schedule. Jeff was helpful in explaining all the functions the car was equipped with and made our experience a good one. I would definitely recommend Liberty Subaru for anyone looking to buy a car. PS: Rob Bontemps in the finance dept. made it almost painless paying for it. More

Great experience buying a new Subaru Ascent I purchased a new Subaru Ascent recently (along with my father-in-law, who got his own) from Liberty and I believe we both had a great experience. We I purchased a new Subaru Ascent recently (along with my father-in-law, who got his own) from Liberty and I believe we both had a great experience. We decided to each purchase a new car at the same time to possibly see what types of offers Liberty would be able to offer us. When we arrived, we met Jeff who was about as low-pressure as sales men get. Instead of pushing up one way or the other, he was a resource of information regarding what was available in each model, prices, common packages others he's dealt with found helpful, or not as useful. Once we made a decision on the model each of us was going to purchase, we worked with Jeff and Rob Bontemps from the finance department to order our cars. It took a few weeks to get them but Jeff and his team kept us informed the entire time. When we received the cars, he gave us thorough run-down of features so that we could skip the 4" thick owners manual and start using a lot of the media features immediately. In general, Jeff is highly recommended and when it's time to upgrade my Forester I will be back. Thanks! More
