Torpedoed my basic distrust of the car buying experience i was pleasantly surprised as a first time customer at Liberty Subaru. The experience restored my belief in the sales process and the professionalism i was pleasantly surprised as a first time customer at Liberty Subaru. The experience restored my belief in the sales process and the professionalism encountered with David Finkel did much to make me want to close a deal at this very friendly and helpful dealership. David coudln't have been more informed, instructive, and knowledgeable about the Subaru (Outback) that I purchased. He really extended himself and left me feeling very well served by his open, frank approach to my questions. I felt that they were eager to assist and to secure my business on this day and going forward. I am well disposed to return there and likely will encounter the same competence on the service side. I have high hopes and was very satisfied with their approach from my initial phone call to the negotiation and purchase of the vehicle. More
