Give me Liberty or give me death! I attempted to buy my new Outback from a dealer located 5 minutes from my home. I was told that it would be eight weeks to have the vehicle delivered. I attempted to buy my new Outback from a dealer located 5 minutes from my home. I was told that it would be eight weeks to have the vehicle delivered. I checked other dealer inventories and saw that Liberty Subaru had the desired model listed as, "in transit." I called Liberty to confirm the availability of the vehicle and was told that it was expected in a week to a week and a half. As promised, the car was delivered and prepped and is now resting peacefully in my garage. Thank you to Mike Gallo and Rob Bontemps for making my experience at Liberty Subaru pleasant and stress free. The trip over the GWB was worth every penny in gas and tolls. You guys are THE BEST! J.G. I live in a town with its own Subaru dealer that has a reputation for being high pressure and difficult to work with, so I decided to drive a little farther away to buy my car. This was a good choice Upon visiting for the first time, I was greeted by Jeff Wangerin who showed me a Crosstrek and took me on a test drive. I did significant research ahead of time and knew exactly what the sale price should be. Jeff quoted me a price that was exactly in the expected range and gave me a ballpark estimate on my trade in. There was no pressure at all and Jeff even encouraged me to go home and think about it. At no point was I pressured to "make a deal today." A few days later (after doing some more research), I returned to look at the car again and ultimately make a purchase. The price was exactly what I had been shown a few days earlier- no games were played with me at all. The manager evaluated my trade in and also came back with a price in the same range as the original estimate. I met with Rob, the finance manager, who put no pressure on me at all to purchase anything extra that I didn't want. Rob even went out of the way to get me a good deal on financing. When I came to pick up my car, all of the paperwork was ready. Jeff took the time to explain the features of my new car, and I was on my way. Overall, I'd recommend buying a Subaru from Liberty any day. Normally, I'd be skeptical of seeing so many positive reviews about a dealer. However, I absolutely understand why there are so many for this dealership. More

Because we took care of some staff at our first meeting, when we came to pick up the car it took us an hour to be in and out. Again Dan took care or us in the best possible way. I also want to say Thank You to Business Manager, Mr. Tom Portee, for going out of his way to stay late beyond closing time in order to process my paperwork and answer my questions.I also want to commend Rob Bontemps, Finance Manager, for his professional demeanor and personal service when processing our closing paperwork. I chose to make Liberty Subaru my first stop at a Subaru dealership, thinking that I would go visit another larger Subaru dealership later the same evening, but once I was treated so kindly by Ed Vogel, I knew right away I didn't have to visit any other dealership(s) since I found a home at Liberty Subaru and was treated so professionally and with respect and kindness. I travelled from out of state, from Yonkers, to come to Liberty Subaru, even though there are plenty of New York Subaru dealerships. But what attracted me to Liberty Subaru was their large selection of Certified Pre-Owned late model Subarus and that it is a family run business, who would treat me like family instead of as a number. I highly recommend Liberty Subaru for anybody interested in new or used Subarus. I know I will consider getting my next Certified Subaru at Liberty Subaru when the time comes. Keep up the good work. Mike was really helpful in terms of getting me the vehicle I wanted (making sure not to overspend on accessories that are unnecessary). I ordered my car and waited the exact time Mike told me to wait. I was extremely thankful that there was no, "Please wait another week or two." When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was ready to go. Before signing any paperwork Mike took me through the car and made sure I knew how the system operated. Tom had all of our paperwork ready. Everything was clearly printed and all we had to do was sign. Truly a trustworthy, reliable and honest team. Definitely will come back for my next Subaru. More
