Great car buying experience! After visiting other area dealerships, I walked into Liberty Subaru and was greeted by Salesman John Clarke. I told John I wanted a WRX Premium, he told me what they had in stock, we went for a test drive, we discussed price and trade-in value with Dan Meola, and I bought a new car! they made it that simple! Great Experience, Until you get your DMV! I shopped online and dealt with Jake Barron who was very knowledgeable and attentive. The transaction was nice and smooth, Kevin Mark did everything I shopped online and dealt with Jake Barron who was very knowledgeable and attentive. The transaction was nice and smooth, Kevin Mark did everything to get me into the car I wanted. Everything was great until I picked up my Motor Vehicle documentation. They charged me $118.45 when the actual cost of the transfer of registration was only $89.50. They added all these other fees stating that they charged me a trade-in fee, meaning they charged me to transfer the car I traded in to them to their name. Thesel fees are all xxxxxxxx, what was the Documentation Fee for? They should not be charging me for a car I don't own anymore. Just for the principle, I won't ever shop at this dealer again. More
