I brought my vehicle in at 9 am. At 10;30am Pat said all brake pads and rotors needed replaced. After price quote and him making sure they had the parts I said okay. I called at 2;30pm and was told by somebody that it would be done by end of day. They close at 6pm, so I got there at 5:40pm. Pat asked if someone called me, I said no, that I called at 2:30pm and was told it be ready at end of day. He said it was still on lift and wouldn’t be ready until next day. I asked do they have a rental and he said no. He then shrugged his shoulders and said sorry in obvious tone basically meaning not his problem. I had to work the following day and not once was told it would not be ready until next day. I ended up have someone work for me the next day in order to be able to pick up vehicle. I guess Pat has endless access to vehicles, but I do not. Maybe giving a xxxx about a customers schedule and informing them from beginning it may be a 2 day fix or at least a couple hours before you close after realizing it won’t be done so people have time to make other arrangements. Also have a loaner car available for customer when vehicle won’t be ready that day after you gave no warning that might be the case. More
