Best in town I called Jeff in Service with an issue with our car, we couldn't get the car into the dealership until after the shop had closed on a Friday evening, I called Jeff in Service with an issue with our car, we couldn't get the car into the dealership until after the shop had closed on a Friday evening, however, between Jeff & Ryan, we were totally taken care of, we weren't expecting the service that we had received, they both deserve 2 thumbs up, they took care of our issue 1st thing Monday and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the service that we had received. Great Experience I had tried to buy for 2 other dealers and they didn't return my call or emails.Chris Kiefer, at the Lima Auto Mall, worked with me for a couple weeks I had tried to buy for 2 other dealers and they didn't return my call or emails.Chris Kiefer, at the Lima Auto Mall, worked with me for a couple weeks trying to find the car I wanted. After a long search I finally found the car I wanted. During the whole process, Chris kept in contact with me letting me know what was in their inventory, when new vehicles came in on trade and made sure I was informed. He made the whole process very easy and took excellent care of me. When I went in to take possession of my new car, the whole staff was very kind and concerned that I was happy with my purchase and service. More
