When our customers purchase vehicles here at Lima Auto Mall, we offer products to help protect their investment, time, and money down the road. Prepaid maintenance, from your review, is what it sounds like you had taken advantage of. Some of the products that we offer start from the date of purchase and mileage at the time of delivery while others go back to the original "in service date" of the vehicle purchased. As a dealership, we strive to maintain transparency and make sure that we fully explain and go over all of the features and benefits of each product at the time it is presented. In some cases, certain products may not make sense for the buyer at that time as well. It sounds as though you were not able to utilize your coverage to the extent that you had expected. For some folks, unfortunately their driving habits or life styles change after their purchase and it creates less of a need for the coverage(s) that they had selected to take advantage of when they bought their vehicle. Which ever it may have been for you, we are sorry to hear that you again were not able to use the coverage to it's fullest expected potential.
