We understand the customer’s concern and want to make sure it is fully resolved. At this time, our technicians have not been able to duplicate the issue during inspections, and the customer also canceled their last appointment after noting the concern was not acting up when heading to the dealership. We encourage the customer to reach out and reschedule if the concern occurs again so our service team can diagnose it further. This is NOT true. They tried to fix it the second time I brought it in. I drove it for the 500 miles like they said and it was still acting up, just not as bad. So I still brought it back. They claimed they didn’t feel it acting up so they gave it back to me. It has since gotten worse and more frequent but it is at random times. I cancelled coming back in because there is no way to make the issue happen. I did not cancel on my way because it was not acting up. That is not true and I have proof. I am not the only person who has noticed the issue with my vehicle. Many people who have ridden with me feel the issue. But it’s unlikely I’ll get them to notice on a 5 minute test drive which is why I didn’t bother to come back. Since I wrote the review, they have reached out so we will see where it goes from here.

Each time you brought your vehicle in, our technicians thoroughly inspected and test drove it, but we were unable to duplicate the concern during your visits. Because the issue occurs randomly, it has been challenging to confirm and properly diagnose. When you cancelled your most recent appointment, we had no opportunity to recheck the vehicle. We did reach out after your review, and we are willing to continue working with you should you decide to bring the vehicle back in. Our goal remains the same—to resolve the concern once we are able to experience and identify it firsthand.

After many messages back and forth, they are willing to try to diagnose and fix the vehicle Alan MY DIME! Absolutely not! This problem occurred before I even bought the car, continued to occur, they attempted to fix once and it didn’t work and now that I’m “out of the warranty” timeframe, i have to pay for it. What will NOT be returning to this company. I will go to a place where people stand behind the product they sell.
