My service department person went out of his way to schedule me for a Saturday cause I did not get time off for work. My experiences with all the service department guides was very bad it was very bad schedule me for a Saturday cause I did not get time off for work. My experiences with all the service department guides was very bad it was very bad they were arrogant talked down to us down to us I'm an older person and it just was not a good experience at all and wanted to argue about everything when I was going in town something was wrong with my car. This person was wonderful he was considerate kind and understanding. You can look at my order for when I had my service done to get his name please don't confuse him with any of the others there There is no comparison. More
