Express service is a joke and folks are turned away even if they are the second in line. Had to make an appointment for even an oil change and had to wait 3 weeks for the first available appointment. They if they are the second in line. Had to make an appointment for even an oil change and had to wait 3 weeks for the first available appointment. They then wanted to keep it overnight for a diagnostic despite dropping it off at 7am. It also appears they didn't apply any of the provided coupons to the oil change and charged full (and significantly high) price. More
