Poor communication once I signed the paperwork Friday. No notice of both salesman and finance manager out of office that Monday. Smooth, efficient, felt valued. Finance guy Mitchell got me excellent rate but rude attitude, poor communication, cocky, didn't value our time, we felt unvalued, Mitchell kept leaving his office when we had questions about the contract. Talked fast. Will not recommend him to anyone. More
