Not very good at communicating with customers And felt like I was getting the run around I left over 5 voicemails And not once got a call back. I had to do the research for them to be able to contact my w like I was getting the run around I left over 5 voicemails And not once got a call back. I had to do the research for them to be able to contact my warranty company I understand things take time but communication is key I work at Providence Hospital with cardiologist And if I treated our patients that way I would be let go on the spot. Won’t ever bring my car here again unless I’m forced too . They also broke things in my car And didn’t say anything until I pointed it out. Very disappointed. More
