I have purchased 4 vehicles in the last year at this dealership. Now Lithia's service department has lost my trust and confidence. Not only were my questions unanswered, but the assurance of my vehicle dealership. Now Lithia's service department has lost my trust and confidence. Not only were my questions unanswered, but the assurance of my vehicle is unconfirmed. The issue should have been detected when it was brought in for the same issue 2 weeks prior. When asked for a health report, we were given an inspection sheet. We were told he can obtain a copy of it the following day from the technician who worked on my truck. Come to find out, he couldn't!! No reason given on to why it wasn't warrantable when asked. More

Explained to Cherae my lease was due wasn’t sure if I would buy or opt for a new lease. She went over the options very clearly, brought in a gentleman to explain the options. Looking at the figures, I decided to lease a new Kona. Cherae had me test drive the Kona, had it cleaned, full tank of gas and set up my blue tooth, helped me unload my belongings from old vehicle to new and asked if I had any questions. Thanked me for being a customer and called me that afternoon to see if so had any question. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be back again. Many thanks 😊 More
