Hi Robin, Please accept my humble apology for your less-than-stellar experience, each of our customers is a valued part of our operation and should be treated as such. I'm not sure why you left with your tire as opposed to having us install it for you, normally when we repair a tire for a customer we pull your car in the shop and reinstall it. I ran the name in your handle and could not find a customer, and I shared this experience with the team and so far no one remembers this experience.
