Service was great, but scheduling had a hiccup I had my last oil change and scheduled the next oil change with Diego. So on my appointment day of December 17, 2019 ( I have my appointment card) too I had my last oil change and scheduled the next oil change with Diego. The car buying experience has changed! My husband and I came in to look at the new Santa Fe after I'd been looking at it online for a while. We wanted to test drive it and look at some gene My husband and I came in to look at the new Santa Fe after I'd been looking at it online for a while. We wanted to test drive it and look at some general numbers. We were set up with an appointment with Holly Jensen, who is so nice and she accompanied us on a test drive. In past experiences, sales people always address my husband even if I asked the question, but Holly took into account the fact that I will be the primary driver. Holly was also very low pressure. My husband and I wanted to take some time to think about this huge purchase for a few days before we made a decision. Holly made herself available via text and phone if we had any questions, and even offered to bring the vehicle to us to drive again and to draw up some preliminary paperwork if we couldn't make it into the dealership. She was so accommodating! When we ultimately determined the price was a little more than what we wanted to pay, she worked some magic and got it down into our price range, which we really appreciated. I know Holly could have sold the car to someone else for the price they were asking, but I felt she went out of her way to get us into the vehicle we wanted. We'll be in the market for a new vehicle for my husband soon and we will definitely go back to Holly. I'd give her 15/10 stars, and I will 100% be sending friends and family to her when they are interesting in a new vehicle. More

I went into the Lithia/Hyundai dealership on Keitzke Ln here in Reno NV due to the major problems with a car I bought only a years and a half ago from Ideal Cars and Trucks, stay far away from them!, I met here in Reno NV due to the major problems with a car I bought only a years and a half ago from Ideal Cars and Trucks, stay far away from them!, I met with Hanna Hoquette. She was fabulous, very easy to talk to, personable, professional, efficient and friendly. She wasnt pushy or pressuring at all. Her and the finance department got me a great trade in value for the xxx I brought in too! The hole process took about 5hrs, which including test driving 3 cars isnt bad at all. Great service, happy customer I came in looking for a new car, I had a specific model in mind and we decided to get the wife a car too. I didn’t not feel like I was in a shark tan I came in looking for a new car, I had a specific model in mind and we decided to get the wife a car too. I didn’t not feel like I was in a shark tank when I arrived I walked the lot for a good 10 mins before I was approached. They had an Incident of vandalism, and the car I was after was missing it’s tires. They were quick to get the issue resolved and get me into my new car. They were also very helpful in finding the right car for my wife pulling up additional info on request so that we could make an informed decision. Was able to take home the Kia Soul the same day and waited 4 days for them to resolve the issue with the missing tires. The only complaint is it took literally all day to get the 2 cars processed, so just keep in mind it is by no means a quick process but they do try to make you comfortable while you wait. Overall we are both satisfied with the service we received and love our new cars! Would definitely recommend stopping in and see Cherae if you are looking for a new ride, she will take good care of you. More
