Certified pre owned car not so good! several problems: Strong stale smoke smell in the car (Sales manager did say he would try to remove the smell but haven't had time to drop car off for several problems: Strong stale smoke smell in the car (Sales manager did say he would try to remove the smell but haven't had time to drop car off for a day) and the headlights on the 2017 Santa Fe are not very good so it's hard to see very far ahead at night which is a big safety concern (did bring it in for adjusting a week after we got it and they say that's the way car is) so we have not driven it much. The 3 months we've had it has sat at home most of the time and if driven we try to get home before dark :( Then recently there were 2 nails in a tire close together so tire needs to be replaced but because the tires are so worn down all 4 tires need to be replaced! Not something we expected so soon, tires especially after we have been afraid to drive it. Also bought the $3,000 + extended warranty !! This car seems like a money pit and seems like a smarter choice would have been a bran new car instead of their so called pre certified cars! Expensive mistake on our part! The dealership is willing to help with a trade in (of course they once again make money on us) but the whole process is very expensive especially because we registered it in CA where we live which was almost 3k ) and time consuming and stressful! Gave the sales people below 5 stars because it's honestly not their fault but we feel super stressed and not sure what to do about this lemon we got....trade it in and loose a lot of money I suppose! ?? Seems like senior management should step up and REALLY help us to be able to get a new car we should have gotten in the first place without haggle over trade in price or new car price just a fair deal for customers who are not made of money! More

I Came to Lithia Hyundai of Reno without any intention of getting a car right away I just wanted to see if it is beautiful as it was in the picture and when we got there we got help by mat and was able to test drive the car with no questions asked. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and polite. Mr. Terry Petersen was my sales person and he took very good care of me and my mom! He is so professional and so nice and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. He is awesome. We really do appreciate the time and effort they took to get us the best deal possible. Im so happy that I finally got my first car and yes I ended up getting the car that day haha. And i want to thank Mr. Matt Reed, Mr. Robby Young and Mr. David Lennox for being so helpful and awesome and making it possible for me to have my first car without going through stressful process, they really make it easy for me.
