Lance was great! ! I had a nail in my tire, and unfortunately, it could not be repaired. I dropped the vehicle off at about 10:00 and got the call from Lance at 2:00 s ! I had a nail in my tire, and unfortunately, it could not be repaired. I dropped the vehicle off at about 10:00 and got the call from Lance at 2:00 stating my Santa Fe was ready to pick up. He had to go out to the USA Parkway to get the tire, so 4 hours for the repair, including changing the tire, and mounting and balancing, was quite impressive. Lance is a true professional who cares about his customers!! I highly recommend him to any of my friends who own Hyundai’s or any other type of vehicle. More

Scott responded to me and and basically insulted me and said i got what i signed for when i bought the car. Ive bought lots of vehicles from Lithia dealerships. but never again. I ended up doing my service at Carson City Hyundai. Nothing but praise for them. Honest friendly and do exactly what they say they would. All i can say is if you buy a vehicle from Lithia Hyundai make sure you read all your paper work carefully in sales and finance. Very DISHONEST. I do love my Santa Fe Hybrid though. Great vehicle!!
